Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear and continuous unboxing video is compulsory for every return, replacement, damaged or missing item claim.

• Video must start before opening the parcel.
• Shipping label must be clearly visible.
• The entire unboxing should be recorded without pause or editing.
• The product and issue should be clearly visible.

Eligible for Return

• Unused product in original condition.
• Original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
• Product must not be customized or personalized.
• Product must not be energized, consecrated or specially blessed.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Customized or personalized products.
• Energized or specially consecrated products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Return requests made after the allowed period.

Refund Process

After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
