- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days (depending on location).
- Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (extra charges may apply).
- International Shipping: Not available at the moment.
🚚 Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹3000.
- For orders below ₹3000, a shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹499 with an additional COD handling fee.
4. Address & Delivery Guidelines
- Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
- If the courier fails to deliver due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order will not be refunded.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s status.
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will verify and take appropriate action (replacement or refund).
