- We do not sell fake, artificial, or low-quality products. If you are looking for cheap imitations, we are not the right place.
2. Order & Payment Policy
- Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
- We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and Online Payments.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹499.
- Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed. Ensure you check all details before confirming your purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide the correct shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
- We do not accept returns on religious products due to their spiritual significance.
- Exchanges are only allowed if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, and you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
- We reserve the right to approve or deny exchange requests based on the condition of the returned product.
5. Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided once an order is placed and shipped.
- If an exchange is approved due to damage or wrong product, we will replace the item (No monetary refund).
